Today I inserted and match drilled the VA-162 pushrod ends into the long ends of the forward torque tube subassemblies and the short ends of the aft torque tube subassemblies and match drilled them to #30.Then I removed them and deburred them then installed them with the rivets shown in the plans. Next, I cut the WD-1014C torque tube collar in half to 11" each. I marked one end to 1 1/2" and inserted it into the open end of the forward subassembly and match drilled them to #30. Finally, I Match drilled the holes to #12 and installed the bolts as shown in the plans. Now they're ready for teardown/cleanup and primer.
